Questions about the app, subscriptions, or your account? Email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can (typically within 24 hours).
In the app: open the habit drawer → Settings → Contact us.
Account & data
Delete your account (and associated habit data) in the app:
- Open your profile
- Tap Edit profile
- Tap Delete account and confirm
You can also request account deletion by emailing support@galbit.app from the address linked to your Galbit account.
Subscriptions
Galbit subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions, then select Galbit.
To restore purchases in the app, open the subscription or paywall screen and use Restore purchases. If restore does not work, contact support@galbit.app with the Apple ID email used for the purchase.
